Choose the format that best suits your research. Each modality has its own submission form and shares the same review calendar.
Three formats to share your research.
Each format is submitted through its own form, adapted to its requirements. All proposals follow the same double-blind peer review calendar. Choose your format based on the maturity of your work and the type of discussion you are looking for.
Rules common to all three formats: each type has its own form — deadline 15 Oct. 2026 — double-blind review in ES and EN — notification 15 Jan. 2027 — author confirmation before 1 Mar. 2027.

Individual Paper
- 15 minute presentation
- Spanish or English
Oral presentation of original research. Accepted papers will be grouped into thematic sessions organised by the Scientific Committee.
FOR WHOM
Researchers with solid results seeking academic exposure and discussion.

Scientific Poster
- Presentation during poster session
- Spanish or English
Visual presentation of ongoing research or preliminary results. Ideal format for doctoral theses in progress. Authors must be present during the session to discuss their work with attendees.
FOR WHOM
Doctoral students and teams with ongoing research seeking early feedback.

Thematic Panel
- 90 minutes (3–5 papers + Discussion)
- Spanish or English
Full panel with coordinated papers around a common theme, moderated by a chair. Allows for in-depth exploration of a specific topic from multiple perspectives.

Research groups or networks wishing to present a joint line of work.

How many proposals can I submit?
Each participant may submit one proposal as lead author. They may also appear as co-author on a second proposal.
Who decides the final presentation type?
The Scientific Committee may modify the initially assigned presentation type. A proposal submitted as a paper may be reassigned as a poster, and vice versa, based on evaluation criteria.
Are posters only for students?
Posters are especially aimed at doctoral students and early-stage researchers, although any participant may choose this format.
In which languages can I submit my proposal?
Proposals are accepted in Spanish or English, both at the abstract submission stage and for the oral presentation at the conference.
