Frequently asked questions before submitting your proposal.

Each participant may submit one proposal as lead author. They may also appear as co-author on a second proposal.

The Scientific Committee may modify the initially assigned presentation type. A proposal submitted as a paper may be reassigned as a poster, and vice versa, based on evaluation criteria.

Posters are especially aimed at doctoral students and early-stage researchers, although any participant may choose this format.

Proposals are accepted in Spanish or English, both at the abstract submission stage and for the oral presentation at the conference.
